OWEN CO., Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Indiana State Police have identified the remains of a female found in Owen County in 2003.
Clinton man charged with murder
Detectives from the Indiana State Police’s Cold Case Unit identified the woman as Deanna Smith, of Indianapolis. She was reported missing in 1999.
Her remains were found in the area of South Franklin Road in Owen County.
