INDIANAPOLIS — The Alcoholic Beverage Board of Marion County has voted to deny a liquor license renewal request by Moon Bar & Grill in downtown Indianapolis.
After more than an hour-and-a-half of discussion Monday, the board voted 3-1 against the request, citing nuisance concerns from IMPD and opposition voiced by surrounding businesses and organizations.
