Man charged with multiple felonies after allegedly pointing gun inside Joe’s Bar and Grill

An Illinois man is charged with three felony counts of intimidation, two felony counts of criminal recklessness and two felony counts of impersonation of a public servant in Hamilton County.

The accused, Christopher Kemper, 41, is in the Hamilton County Jail. His bail is set at $200,000.
