INDIANAPOLIS — Four adults were displaced after an “intentionally set” house fire on Indianapolis’ near north side Monday afternoon, officials said.
The fire was reported around 2 p.m. Nov. 3 in the 2900 block of Central Avenue, near East 30th Street.
