TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— McDonald’s restaurants in both Indiana and southern Illinois announced they will be offering a free breakfast meal to veterans on November 11.
November 11 this year marks Veterans’ Day on the calendar. The release states that McDonald’s wants to honor the men and women who have served and are currently serving our country. The news release states that McDonald’s locations in Indiana, southern Illinois and southwest Michigan will offer a free breakfast meal as a token of appreciation for their service.

Any veteran who comes in with a valid military ID can receive a free Egg McMuffin meal that includes a hash brown as well as any size soft drink, tea, or coffee. These restaurants state their commitment to serving the community by honoring veterans, teachers, and first responders, as well as backing youth sports and providing job opportunities.
