The IvyCares food pantry at Ivy Tech Indianapolis received support from the Meijer Simply Give program to help address food insecurity among students. On October 5, 2024, Meijer donated $780 to IvyCares after a campaign that ended on September 27. This donation is expected to provide about 3,120 meals to the Ivy Tech community.
Meijer also donated $2,500 to Ivy Tech Indianapolis in September. The total support from Meijer over the past few months is $3,280. These donations were made possible by shoppers at the Keystone Avenue Meijer and others who took part in the Simply Give campaign.
