SPEEDWAY, Ind. — Police have arrested a juvenile and another suspect following a chase involving a suspected stolen vehicle in Speedway on Tuesday.
The incident stemmed from an investigation led by the Speedway Police Department into a stolen vehicle in the area of Crawfordsville Road and Cunningham Road. Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle in question around 3:30 p.m. SPD said the driver allegedly ignored these instructions and sped away, initiating a chase.
This vehicle chase was short-lived after SPD said the suspects crashed into another uninvolved vehicle near the intersection of West 10th Street and North Lynhurst Drive.
