CHEYENNE, Wyo. — An Indiana man has been arrested after a series of drop box thefts at various local apartment complexes earlier this year, Cheyenne police say.
A release from the CPD states that 27-year-old Nicholas Holder was booked into the Laramie County Jail on three counts of felony theft.
