INDIANAPOLIS – A person is dead and another critically hurt after an early Wednesday morning crash on the east side of Indianapolis.
Emergency responders were dispatched around 4:40 a.m. Wednesday to North Sherman Drive and East 25th Street.
Images and video from the scene showed a red SUV had crashed into a pole, with debris from the crash littering the road.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, two men were inside the vehicle. IEMS pronounced the driver dead at the scene, while the passenger was taken to an area hospital in critical condition…
