INDIANAPOLIS — The Attorney General’s Office is suing a long-standing apartment complex on the northeast side for several neglected health code violations.
The lawsuit alleges the landlords at Lake Castleton Apartments endangered their tenants with unlivable conditions. The complex has nearly a hundred buildings and over 1,200 units.
