MONROE COUNTY, Ind. — Four men were arrested in Indiana after they allegedly stole from multiple ATM machines with a “master” key in Illinois and Michigan.
The following four men were arrested:
Kevin O Palaciosteran, 26, Newark, NJ
- Organized Theft, Level 6 Felony
- Possession of Marijuana, Class B misdemeanor
- Operator Never Licensed, Class C misdemeanor
Deiversion Viloria-Sanchez 20, Haltom, TX
- Organized Theft, Level 6 Felony
Giovany Moreno Santamaria, Appleton, WI
- Organized Theft, Level 6 Felony
Jose Angarita Turizo, 35, Transient
- Organized Theft, Level 6 Felony
Officers with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office received information on Sunday, Nov. 23, from the Pontiac Illinois Police Department that suspicious vehicles were in their area, as well as Fishers and Noblesville…
