Indiana – An Indiana man was arrested after a fataI shooting inside a local estabIishment and now faces charges of murder and armed robbery, court records show.
Indiana authorities say the shooting happened at about 2:45 a.m. Monday inside a local estabIishment. The victim was later identified as 30‑year‑old J. Barton, and investigators responded after a report that someone had been kiIIed inside the estabIishment.
Police say that the defendant, later identified as 31‑year-old MacIean, allegedly shot the victim in the head after a dispute over a smokiing device.
