INDIANA — A 19-year-old Williamsport man is facing multiple charges after leading police on a late-night pursuit through three Indiana counties, according to the Indiana State Police.
The chase began around 11:30 p.m. on Dec. 5 when a trooper spotted a 2025 Honda Civic on State Road 25 near County Road 275 South. The vehicle matched the description of a car that had fled from Lafayette Police earlier in the day. When the trooper attempted a traffic stop, the driver refused to pull over and sped south on State Road 25.
State police say the suspect continued onto County Road 350 West and then onto several rural roads, with the pursuit crossing Tippecanoe, Fountain, and Warren counties.
