INDIANAPOLIS — A 21-year-old man from Indianapolis was out on bond after being accused in the summer of recklessly opening fire in an east side neighborhood and injuring an innocent woman. Demarion Bean, 21, was charged on Tuesday with two counts of aggravated battery, a Level 3 felony, and one count of kidnapping, a Level 3 felony, after Indianapolis metro police detectives identified him as the suspect in a May 1 shooting that left a man critically injured.

Court records show that Bean bonded out of jail on July 25 after posting a nearly $3,000 cash bond…
