INDIANAPOLIS — INDOT wrapped up a two-year transportation planning study on I-65 and I-70 inside the I-465 loop.
“ProPEL Indy” didn’t yield any decisions on the future of travel along some of Indy’s busiest interstates, but officials said they now have a better idea of what comes next.
