Two men face charges in multi-county pharmacy burglary spree in Indiana

Two men are accused of breaking into multiple pharmacies across Indiana — including one in Lafayette — using a series of connected businesses to get inside.

According to the Tippecanoe County Prosecutor’s Office, Lafayette Police were called to Medicap Pharmacy on South Creasy Lane around 4:35 a.m. on July 2 after a motion alarm went off.

When officers arrived, they discovered forced entry through nearby businesses, including Pure Life Nutrition and an INDOT/HWC Engineering office, where burglars had cut holes through drywall to reach the pharmacy. Investigators say cash and numerous drugs were missing…
