MUNCIE, IN — A man whose body was found in a burning vehicle in southeastern Delaware County was apparently alive when the fire began.
Two Indianapolis residents — Amy L. Singhas, 43, and Ameraiss Aponte, 23 — were arrested on Tuesday, Dec. 23, in connection with the body’s discovery Dec. 14 along Delaware County Road 500 South west of Indiana 3.
