MUNCIE, IN — A third Indianapolis resident has been arrested in connection with a Delaware County homicide investigation.
According to Chief Deputy Jeff Stanley of the Delaware County Sheriff’s Department, 40-year-old Randal Bruce Moon Jr. was arrested on Friday, Dec. 26.
