INDIANAPOLIS — A restaurant employee is under arrest after allegedly pulling a gun on an angry customer who refused to leave.
According to court documents, Indy metro police officers were called to The Garage Food Hall, located in the Bottleworks District just off Mass Ave, at approximately 8 p.m. on Dec. 23, 2025. Police were told that a Pig Pen employee, a barbecue restaurant located within the Garage, had allegedly pulled out a firearm and pointed it at a customer.
Police spoke to multiple witnesses, along with both the customer and the employee. All corroborated the account, with the employee — identified as 27-year-old Jacob Asberry — defending their actions by accusing the customer of being extremely aggressive and refusing to leave…
