Residents without running water for weeks
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Some people living at Twin Hills Apartments have been without running water for more than three weeks. One woman says she and others have reported the issue several times.
“I can’t keep my house clean,” Tamika Gouch, resident of Twin Hills Apartments said. “We can’t use the toilet. My house smells like a sewer because we can’t flush our toilet. It has been three weeks, it’s ridiculous.”
