INDIANAPOLIS — A Camby man is facing charges after he allegedly shot and killed a man on Indianapolis’ southwest side.
Keymaree Fagin, 22, has been charged with murder, unlawful carrying of a handgun with a prior felony conviction within the last 15 years and pointing a firearm at another person.
