MUNCIE, Ind. — Two men were in court for the first time on Wednesday, Jan. 7 on charges they kidnapped a man from Indianapolis and burned him to death in a car in Delaware County.
Ameariss Aponte, 23, and Randal Moon Jr., 39, are both from Indianapolis and are both charged with murder, arson, kidnapping, criminal confinement and obstruction of justice.
