HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – The father of the Kentucky State University student killed in a shooting takes a plea deal in a deadly crash case outside of the Tri-State.
Dejon Fox, Sr. accepted a plea agreement in Marion County. Court records indicate several charges were dismissed, but Fox plead guilty to Causing Death While Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.
