VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A local woman couldn’t believe she placed 3rd Runner-Up for the Miss Indiana State Fair Pageant.
Lexi Wilhoite was a 10-year member at the Vermillion County Fairgrounds and said she is passionate about the fairgrounds. Wilhoite said she wanted to embody what 4-H stands for such as leadership and good work ethic.
