Indianapolis woman charged with threatening to kill U.S. representative

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — An Indianapolis woman has been charged with two counts of influencing a federal official by threat.

According to a release by U.S. Attorney’s Office Southern District of Indiana, if convicted, Addison could face up to 10 years in federal prison.

According to court documents, at 8:53 a.m. Jan. 15, 28-year-old Shalya Addison sent five text messages to the campaign phone number of the representative, who’s name has not been released…
