SOUTH BEND — Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita’s office has launched an investigation into habitability issues regarding Karl King Riverbend Tower apartments and is currently holding negotiations with the owners.
Portage Township Trustee Jason Critchlow filed a complaint with Rokita’s office in December to initiate the investigation and is now aiding in the investigation by providing necessary documents, testimonials and statements from residents.
