INDIANAPOLIS — A public police report indicates shots were fired at a chicken restaurant on the east side of Indianapolis Sunday afternoon.
The report, which was filed by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, suggests officers were called to the Jordan’s Fish and Chicken restaurant located at 7003 E. 38th St. around 3:38 p.m. IMPD’s report indicates that the shooting actually occurred around 3:16 p.m.
At the scene, officers located a spent bullet and logged it as evidence. A FOX59/CBS4 crew did not see any visible damage to the restaurant. That crew did spot an officer speaking with individuals in the business’ parking lot.
