Brandon Billingsley, the former operations manager at KBB Auto Sales, is now facing criminal charges after a state police investigation found evidence that vehicles sold at the dealership had their odometers rolled back.

Former Indianapolis car dealer faces felony charges, accused of odometer fraud
Billingsley has been charged with tax evasion and fraud, both Level 6 felonies.
