INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indianapolis police have arrested a 20-year-old man for a fatal December shooting on the city’s near east side.
Early on the morning of Dec. 6, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers found a wounded man lying on the side of East 10th Street near Rural Street.
The man, later identified as 52-year-old Lloyd Moncrief, died shortly after arriving at a local hospital. His death was ruled a homicide…
