Convicted Rockford felon robs Indiana Burger King, leads police on chase

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WTVO) — A Rockford man, who robbed a Burger King and led police on a multi-county pursuit, has been convicted in Indiana.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Cameron Love, 28, of Rockford, robbed the Burger King located at 7620 North Shadeland Avenue in Indianapolis on January 16, 2025.

Prosecutors said Love brandished a 9mm Smith & Wesson revolver during the robbery, pointed it at the counter employee, and demanded she open the register. When she fled to the kitchen, Love vaulted over the counter, pointing the gun at other employees and “threatening to kill anyone who resisted.”…
