2 flown to Indy hospitals, another 2 injured after crash near Pendleton

MADISON COUNTY, INDIANA, Ind. — Two people were flown to Indianapolis hospitals, and another two were injured, after a crash in Madison County Tuesday afternoon.

The crash was reported around 2:30 p.m. Feb. 10 in the 5000 block of State Road 67, just north of Pendleton.

A preliminary investigation indicates a Ford SUV driven by a 35-year-old Greenfield man was southbound on State Road 67 when it crossed over the center median and struck a northbound Chevy pickup truck driven by a 72-year-old Fortville man head-on, the Madison County Sheriff’s Department said in a statement…
