INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department on Friday arrested six people at downtown’s Lugar Plaza.
The plaza sits south of the City-County Building on Friday and north of the Julia Carson Transit Center for IndyGo buses.
