INDIANAPOLIS — A suspect was taken into custody Saturday night following a “dangerous situation” on the campus of IU Indianapolis.
According to a series of Facebook posts from IU Police, around 8:40 p.m. on Feb. 14 the “dangerous situation” was reported near the Engineering Science and Technology building, which is near West Michigan and North Blackford streets.
About fifteen minutes later, IU Police said the “dangerous situation” was that an armed male was reported to be inside the Gateway Garage and that IMPD as well as IU police were in pursuit. Students and citizens were asked to avoid the area…
