INDIANAPOLIS — A North Carolina man who was seen on a video assaulting a woman and threatening her with a handgun was convicted Thursday of multiple counts including strangulation and criminal confinement.
62-year-old Mark White was convicted of six felonies, including criminal confinement, intimidation, pointing a firearm, strangulation, criminal recklessness, and battery resulting in bodily injury.
