Sincere Hope, 20, is facing one misdemeanor charge of allegedly resisting law enforcement in Marion County after officers reported a foot chase that ended with Hope being detained in a parking garage.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department was dispatched about 8:30 p.m. on Saturday to the 400 block of North Senate Avenue after reportedly receiving a call, according to a probable cause affidavit.
