FISHERS, Ind. — A plea agreement has been reached for an 18-year-old’s role in a crash that killed a Hamilton Southeastern High School graduate on the east side of Fishers.
According to the plea agreement, Trey Williams will plead guilty to reckless homicide, and prosecutors will drop charges of reckless driving and false government identification.
