INDIANAPOLIS — A fire broke out Friday afternoon in the attic of a home on the northeast side of Indianapolis.
According to the Indianapolis Fire Department, around 3:33 p.m. on March 13, firefighters were called to the 3900 block of Baker Drive, near E. 39th St. on Indy’s northeast side, on a report of a house fire.
When firefighters arrived on scene, they found heavy fire tearing through the attic and threatening to spread to the house next door. Firefighters then made an aggressive attack to prevent the fire from spreading, but a car in the driveway was significantly damaged…
