Chef Brady Foster, the award‑winning force behind Foster’s Café & Catering at Ivy Tech’s Fort Ben campus, is taking his kitchen on the road. His new food truck gets a soft launch today, pulling up to the Arts for Lawrence Visual Arts Center at 8970 Otis Ave from noon to 5 p.m. The pop-up gives Fort Ben regulars a chance to grab their campus lunch favorites without setting foot inside the college. It is the next step for Foster after a run of local cooking competitions and a growing catering business that has already pushed him well beyond campus walls.
