INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A state-run program to reduce speeding in construction zones is picking back up in Hancock County.
The Indiana Department of Transportation restarted its Safe Zones program on Monday in the I-70 construction zone between mile markers 104.9 and 109 near Greenfield.
