The Speedway Redevelopment Commission has approved grant funding for the Speedway Community Development Commission to buy the property at 6118 Crawfordsville Road, the former site of Saint Andrew’s Lutheran Church. The grant uses Tax Increment Financing (TIF) funds, which reinvest local property tax revenue into redevelopment projects without raising taxes.
