A 19-year-old Colorado man is being held in an Indiana jail after being arrested on charges involving a minor.
Christopher Neal Turner of Pueblo West, Colorado, was arrested March 13 by deputies with the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office on an active arrest warrant from Parke County, Indiana.
Turner is charged with child solicitation, a felony, and inappropriate communication with a minor, a misdemeanor.
