Indy man placed on probation after guilty plea to child solicitation

WINCHESTER, IN — An Indianapolis man who traveled to Randolph County in anticipation of having sex with a 13-year-old girl has been placed on probation.

James A. Raber, 64, on Thursday, April 2, pleaded guilty to child solicitation, a Level 4 felony carrying up to 12 years in prison.
