INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A 21-year-old woman is behind bars after Indianapolis police say she shot and injured someone during an incident on Indy’s near east side.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, the shooting happened around 10 a.m. Saturday in the 3600 block of Dequincy Street. That’s near the intersection of 38th Street and Emerson Avenue.
When officers arrived, they found a victim suffering gunshot wounds. IMPD reported their condition as “awake and breathing.”…
