What Is the New White Castle Chicken Fajita Slider?
The Chicken Fajita Slider features crispy, all-white meat chicken topped with grilled onions and peppers, jalapeño cheese, and zesty green chili aioli. The Southwest-inspired creation was originally market tested in Indianapolis in 2021, but a post-COVID ingredient shortage delayed its systemwide rollout. A consumer survey in fall 2025 confirmed demand was strong enough to bring it back as a limited-time offering across all markets.
