Investigators say Braydon Richard Blake doused his grandmother and three other women with gasoline before igniting fires that killed the 74-year-old and two others and injured an 18-year-old.
Blake sustained serious injuries in the Jan. 18 fire, spent weeks hospitalized in Indianapolis and walked out of the burn unit a free man on April 1, despite pending arrest warrants charging him with murder and arson.
