Blue Bayou Restaurant at Disneyland Park has added six new items to its menu, including a Southern Sunset Old Fashioned and Lacquered Chicken.
New Menu Items
Several new items are now available for guests at Blue Bayou Restaurant. These are:
- Banana Upside Down Cake (in Taste of Blue Bayou prix fixe meal) – $89
- Brûléed Banana and Bananas Foster Sauce
- French Quarter Fields (Appetizer) – $15
- Little Gem Lettuce, Crispy Quinoa, Green Grapes, Apples and Cranberry Vinaigrette
- Garlic Cheese Dip Sourdough Boule (Appetizer) – $15
- Sourdough Boule, Garlic Confit, and Cheesy Grits
- Lacquered Chicken (Entrée) – $48
- Spoon Bread, Sautéed Greens, Kumquat Chow Chow, and Sauce á l’orange
- Karl Strauss Brewing Co. – Red Trolley Ale – $15.75
- San Diego, CA (ABV 5.8%)
- Southern Sunset Old Fashioned – $22
- Bourbon, Vermont Maple Syrup, Black Walnut Butters, and an Orange Wheel
At the time of writing, the online menu was not yet updated. However, the physical menus at the restaurant did confirm their availability.
