Flooring material spills all over busy California freeway at the start of evening commute hour

A traffic hazard on the northbound lanes of the 5 Freeway in Anaheim near Lincoln Ave has caused significant delays for commuters. The incident, reported as a flooring spill, has led to a temporary break in traffic as authorities work to clear the roadway.

At approximately 3:10 PM, the Freeway Service Patrol (FSP) reported being on the scene, noting that flooring was blocking all lanes of the northbound 5 Freeway. The spill has resulted in a slowdown of traffic, affecting commuters heading back to State College.

The California Highway Patrol has been actively working to clear the roadway. As of 3:16 PM, the lanes have been cleared, with everything moved to the center divider and right-hand side.
