The development of a biking and walking trail connecting Garden Grove and Santa Ana is being studied and public input on the project is being sought. On Monday, the Orange County Transportation and Planning Committee will hold a meeting beginning at 10:30 a.m. that will accept community comments for the “OC Connect” project.
