Long Beach residents are reeling from a series of violent events last night that included two no-hit shootings and a fatal traffic incident, as detailed in the latest blotter from the Long Beach Police Department (LBPD). The first incident, a no-hit shooting, occurred on the 3000 block of Lakewood Boulevard at around 11:40 p.m. A woman driving along the street reported hearing what she believed to be gunfire, which allegedly caused her to crash her vehicle, though officers found no evidence of the shooting following their investigation. Fortunately, no injuries were reported and the authorities are still looking into the matter.
