A high-speed chase that began in Pomona Friday night ended in the Huntington Park area when authorities pulled the driver out of the car and took him into custody.
Several California Highway Patrol units followed the driver on freeways and then onto surface streets. The pursuit ended near Florence and Stafford avenues when authorities were able to corner the suspect’s vehicle on the road.
